Processing Time

 All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 You will receive a second notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

We ship directly from our global fulfillment centers to offer you the best rates and newest trending items.

 United States & Canada: 7 – 12 business days

 International: 8 – 15 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections or carrier volume during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team at theinterstellarretail@gmail.com with your order number, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or status update.
